This 10 cent deep blue stamp from the 1913 “Junk Issue” is engraved with precision and clarity, showing the familiar left-facing junk. Designed by R. A. deVillard and printed by Waterlow & Sons Ltd., it is ungummed, perforated 14, and printed on unwatermarked paper. The stamp was used for double inland letter rates or international postage. It bears a partial black cancel and minor marks on the reverse from prior hinging.
