Issued in 1910, this 4-cent stamp belongs to the London Print Coiling Dragon series. It displays a dynamic dragon motif in vivid brick red, set against a white backdrop with ornate traditional Chinese framing. The stamp was printed by Waterlow & Sons Ltd using line engraving, without watermark and with variable perforation. Measuring 22 x 26 mm, it was valid for use until 1914 and is a classic representation of Qing-era philately transitioning into the Republican era. The cancellation mark indicates a likely origin in Shanghai. Catalogued as Michel CN-IM 74, Scott CN-IM 126, Stanley Gibbons CN-IM 153, and CSS CN-IM 131, this example shows moderate postal wear but retains strong color and design clarity. Estimate "$20 – 35"
