Measuring 26 x 22 mm, gravure printed with perforation 12½, the stamp originally belonged to the CNC definitive series and was later surcharged during the late stages of wartime inflation. The issue commemorates prominent figures and revolutionary ideals, reflecting the complex political symbolism of the collapsing Reorganized National Government.
