This 21-cent memorial issue, printed in olive brown by Commercial Press Ltd., Hong Kong, features a portrait of a revolutionary martyr from the Xinhai Revolution, symbolizing sacrifice and national unity. Printed using gravure with line perforation 14, the stamp measures standard definitive size and was released on October 10, 1941 (Double Ten Day).
