This complete mint never hinged sheet of 100 stamps from the March 1922 “Workers” definitive issue of the German Reich features the 150 pfennig denomination printed in a vivid dark orange. The design, by Paul Neu, depicts laborers engaged in farming activities, representing the agrarian backbone of the Weimar Republic’s economy during a period marked by reconstruction and instability following World War I. Issued in the early inflationary phase of the German monetary crisis, this stamp reflected the increasing need for higher denominations in daily postal use. Printed typographically by the Reichsdruckerei in Berlin, the stamps exhibit comb perforation 14 x 14¼ and are printed on paper bearing an upright waffle watermark. The full sheet preserves its outer selvage, guide lines, control numbers, and the official printer’s imprint “Paul & Schwenke, Berlin W.30,” confirming its authenticity and production standards. The gum on the reverse is original and untouched. This issue is listed in major catalogs as Michel DR 189, Scott DE 175, Yvert et Tellier DR 172, Stanley Gibbons DR 188, and Unificato DR 172. Condition Superb MNH full sheet with intense color, flawless margins, and pristine gum; a scarce survivor in such quality. Estimate "$160 – 200".
