Issued in August 1921 as part of the German Empire’s “Numerals” definitive series, this 15 Pfennig stamp was designed by Willi Geiger and printed in green-blue to dark green-blue using typography at the Reichsdruckerei in Berlin. It features a clean numerical design, symbolic of clarity and efficiency during Germany's postwar monetary transition. The stamp is perforated comb 14 x 14¼, measures 22 by 26 mm, and is printed on paper with an upright lozenge (diamond-shaped) watermark. Catalogued as Michel DR 160 (Scott DE 139, Yvert DR 140, Gibbons DR 155, AFA DE 160, Unificato DR 140), this item is a complete mint never hinged sheet of 100 stamps, all with full original gum, no folds, and clean perforation lines. A well-preserved example of early Weimar fiscal design, ideal for collectors of German inflation-era sheets. Estimate "$160 – 200"
