This is a full sheet of the 1917 Russian Post Office in China stamp, issued during the final phase of Imperial Russian postal administration abroad. The stamp shows the imperial double-headed eagle overprinted on the standard Arms issue, denominated 50 kopecks. Printed in typography with a brown purple frame and green center, the stamps feature comb perforation 14 x 14½ and measure 18 x 24 mm. Issued for use in Russian-controlled Chinese treaty ports, this overprint marked postal usage in a transitional era just before the collapse of the Russian Empire. This MNH full sheet of 100 stamps includes selvage and control markings, offering an exceptional philatelic artifact of both Russian imperial presence in Asia and wartime postal history. Condition is excellent, though there is a mild vertical fold through the central gutter. Estimate "$500 – 650"
