Issued in gray‐green and printed using typography by Central Trust and Dah Yeh Printing Co., Shanghai, it reflects emergency fiscal revaluation during the hyperinflation period. The design, invoking themes of famous people, freedom fighters, physicists, politicians, revolutionaries, and statesmen, is rendered on ungummed paper with perforation 10 x 11½.
