Printed via gravure by Dah Tung Book Co. and Dah Yeh Printing Co. in Shanghai, the issue is ungummed by design and line perforated 14. Each stamp measures 24 x 26 mm and features the iconic portrait of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, a revered statesman and revolutionary leader.
