Issued August 24, 1946 using gravure and typography without watermark and with variable perforation, this block belongs to the commemorative series honoring revolutionaries and national figures of the Republic of China. The stamp measures 23 x 26 mm and is part of a 5,500,000 edition. This mint never hinged block is in excellent condition with full original gum, well-centered impressions, and clean margins.
