China 1941, mint never hinged partial sheet of 46 stamps featuring Dr. Sun Yat-sen with a large-character black overprint for use under the Japanese-occupied Mengkiang regime. This issue, released on July 1, 1941, was printed in olive green using gravure by De La Rue & Co.
