This complete mint never hinged sheet originates from the Russian Post Office in China during the final year of the Imperial Russian regime. Issued in 1917, the stamps depict the imperial double-headed eagle coat of arms and are overprinted "35 CENTS" in black on a base stamp of 35 kopeks, printed in brown purple and green. The typography print showcases fine details around the ornate imperial border with the Russian denomination "ТРИДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ КОП." Each stamp measures approximately 18 x 24 mm, with comb perforation gauged at 14 x 14½. The stamps were used in Chinese treaty ports, including Shanghai and Tientsin, under Russian extraterritorial postal jurisdiction. This full pane of 100 stamps is in pristine MNH condition, featuring full original gum and bright coloration. The layout includes a central gutter margin crossing both horizontally and vertically, a rarity that adds visual and historical appeal. The intact margins and exceptional centering across the sheet are hallmarks of its superior preservation. Referenced in major catalogues including Michel RU-CH 45, Scott RU-CH 60, Yvert RU-CH 46, Stanley Gibbons RU-CH 52, and Unificato RU-CH 46. Estimate: "$550 – 700"
